Il 28 settembre 2017 si è tenuta a Bruxelles la conferenza conclusiva del progetto europeo “Time for needs”, di cui il Cir è stato capofila in partenariato con diverse organizzazioni europee: Aditus Foundation (Malta), ECRE (Belgio), FTDA (Francia), GCR (Grecia), CPR (Portogallo), Zentrum ÜBERLEBEN gGmbH (Germania). I materiali utilizzati nel corso della conferenza rappresentano una risorsa per chiunque intenda approfondire il tema.
